When will trucks be serviced?

Our facility is open 24 hours. Monday 7a.m. thru Saturday 8 a.m. Length of downtime depends on parts availablity.

What is the Method of Payment?

Full payment upon completion of work unless other prior arrangements have been made. For credit, call our facility at (312) 666-8500 and a credit application can be faxed to you. Please complete and return application to Carmichael prior to services being rendered. All major credit cards are accepted.

If Major Repair is Needed, is an Estimate Made Prior to Repair?

Yes, our maintenance director will call with an estimate. An estimate is not a bill.

Are Repairs Totally Warranteed?

Part vendor warranty. (Industry Standard - 3,000 miles or 90 Days).
